yoga nest oerlikon & zentrum

At Yoga Nest, we’ve created two spaces in Zurich that feel different, yet deeply connected. Each one offers its own rhythm, its own atmosphere but both hold the same intention: a place where you can arrive, breathe, move, and feel at home.

One Community, Two Homes

Both studios are part of the same Yoga Nest and your practice can move between them. Your Abo is valid in both locations, giving you the freedom to choose what you need in the moment: a dynamic flow, a quiet meditation, a moment of rest, or a deeper exploration. Our classes, workshops, and trainings weave together traditional yoga practices with a modern, thoughtful approach, always guided by experienced teachers who care deeply about creating a space that is inclusive, supportive, and human. Wherever you join us, you’ll find the same intention:a space to arrive as you are, and to leave a little more connected — to your body, your breath, and yourself.

Yoga Nest Oerlikon

Wattstrasse 3, 8050 Zürich

Just steps away from the train station, Yoga Nest Oerlikon is our spacious and light-filled studio in the north of Zurich. The moment you enter, there is a sense of openness: wooden floors, soft light, and a calm, uncluttered space that invites you to land. Located directly opposite Bahnhof Oerlikon, the studio is easy to reach and designed to support a wide range of practices: from dynamic vinyasa and aerial yoga to slower, grounding classes and sound-based experiences.  It’s a space where movement can be expansive, where breath can deepen, and where you can meet yourself in a more physical, embodied way.

In the heart of Zurich’s old town, Yoga Nest Zentrum offers a more intimate and quiet setting. Tucked away on Münstergasse, between narrow streets and historic buildings, this space feels like a soft pause in the middle of the city. Here, the focus gently shifts inward. Alongside yoga, you’ll find meditation, pranayama, sound healing, and practices that invite stillness, reflection, and subtle awareness. It’s a place to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect — whether for a lunchtime reset or an evening exhale.
