(EN) Diana and Chantal come together to share this special session with you – an experience that blends dance, yoga, and relaxation. Flow to Slow: we begin dynamically with Dance Yoga, choreographing various yoga asanas to music. Flowing in harmony with the rhythm, we weave together yoga and dance elements, enjoying the beauty of this connection. We then gently sink into deeper Yin Yoga poses, allowing the body to relax and the mind to soften. This gentle, meditative practice invites you to slow down, find stillness, and replenish your energy.

Take a pause and join us for a slow, mindful November afternoon, a gentle journey of breath, stillness, and creativity. We’ve created a very special experience for you: a two-part workshop where stillness into art. Together, Guka and Ola invite you to step into a peaceful space where you can reconnect with yourself, relax deeply, and express your inner world through clay. We’ll begin the afternoon with a calming meditation and breathwork session guided by Guka - a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher who has been sharing her passion for conscious movement and inner connection for many years. This gentle practice is designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and settle your nervous system. It’s a chance to leave the noise of the outside world behind and softly land in the space, with a few deep breaths and an open heart. Then, we’ll move into the creative part of our afternoon: a hands-on ceramic plate painting workshop led by Ola, the founder of Garomika. Ola is an experienced ceramic artist who fell in love with clay years ago and has been playing, exploring, and creating with it ever since. Her passion lies in the magical unpredictability of glaze alchemy, the layering of colors and the excitement of waiting to see what the kiln reveals. Every one of her workshops is filled with joy, curiosity, and warmth.
