Welcome, tender heart, Sarah and Caro invite you to a two-day journey into the soft courage of the heart. A pause to open, listen, and remember the desires that have always been yours, sometimes whispered, sometimes buried beneath layers of tension and expectation.

The heart as our first home, the first organ to form in life, carries intuition, wisdom, and the thread of our authentic calling. And now, as winter approaches; the deep, softening season of the year, we offer space to attune to its rhythm.

Here, you are invited to:
✶ Break down the barriers around your heart through rest and relaxation.
✶ Use cacao and sound to open, listen, and translate your heart’s messages.
✶ Align with the frequency that your body and spirit resonates with - feel into your most authentic being to you.
