As part of our Rest in the Nest series, Sound in Hammock is a space dedicated entirely to slowing down. A reminder that balance is not only found through movement, challenge, and growth, but also through stillness, softness, and allowing ourselves to be held. Let the hammock carry your body & the sound carry the rest. Imagine being gently held in a soft hammock, cocooned by fabric, supported from every side, while waves of sound travel through the room. The subtle vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and carefully chosen instruments weave around you, creating a landscape that is felt as much as it is heard. The hammock holds the body, while the sound seems to hold everything else. It is an invitation to rest.

The magic of summer evenings. The light lingers a little longer, conversations slow down, and somehow it feels easier to remember what really matters. This July, we would love to invite you to spend one of those evenings with us. Together with Agata, we are creating a gentle gathering for women, a chance to pause, reconnect, learn something new, and dedicate a little time to yourself. We will begin with a guided meditation guided by Guka, to help us arrive, settle into the space, and leave the busyness of the day behind. With a cup of tea nearby and surrounded by a circle of women, we will then explore the beautiful practice of Kobido-inspired facial self-massage. Many of us know what it feels like to carry tension in the body. We stretch our backs, relax our shoulders, and book massages when we can. Yet we rarely pay attention to the muscles of the face, despite how much stress, emotion, and daily life they quietly hold.
During this evening, Agata will guide us through simple techniques that help soften tension in the jaw, forehead, neck, and face. You will learn more about the facial muscles, how mindful touch can support relaxation, and how a few minutes of self-massage can become a nourishing ritual in everyday life.

Name: Offline (SILENT) Half-Day Retreat (EN)
Location: near Rüti, Kanton ZH
Teacher: Guka
Date: Sunday, 16. August, 2026
Time: 10:00-14:00
Price: 75 CHF (early bird until 30th June, after 99 CHF) / you can sign up here
Sometimes we don’t even know what to say. Sometimes we say too much. And sometimes we speak before we even feel what’s actually happening inside.
This Offline Day Retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise and back into the space in between. The space between inhale and exhale. Between thoughts. Between words. Between input and output. Not everyone can (or wants to) go on a 5-10 day silent retreat. So I created something close to home — a gentle, held half-day in silence, surrounded by nature, where you can downshift, soften, and simply be. We’ll spend four hours together in quiet, guided through simple practices that help you feel supported in silence. It’s about returning to yourself.
What we’ll do
During our time together, I’ll guide you through a calm, grounded sequence of quiet practices, including:
a short arrival + briefing (so you feel safe and clear)
guided meditation + mindful presence practices
extended breathing exercises to settle the nervous system
a silent walk in the nearby forest (gentle, simple, nourishing)
a soft closing moment to notice what shifted — and what it felt like to have the space held for you
There is no movement practice in the yoga shala (no asana flow). This retreat is about stillness, breath, and awareness.
