Yoga Nest Zentrum is nestled on Münstergasse, right in the very center of Zurich’s Old Town (Niederdorf). Between Zurich Hauptbahnhof and Stadelhofen, the studio is just minutes away by foot, tram, or train. Classes & trainings
Our weekly schedule includes a wide variety of yoga classes, workshops, and evening ceremonies. Most of our 200-hour teacher trainings and advanced workshops take place here. Classes are offered in English, German, or a mix—check the schedule to see what’s on.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can all start the class on time

Studio is equipped with yoga mats and other yoga props, so just bring comfortable clothes :)

We occasionally rent the yoga room or therapy rooms for aligned offerings. If you’d like to inquire about availability, please email us with your dates, times, and purpose.
